The majority of people that listen to the word "FITNESS" and then associate it to activities like weight lifting weightlifting athletes who have strong muscles and big burly solid quadrangular. When in fact the meaning of the word "FITNESS" is "FITNESS". Fitness can also mean "More than just Healthy.
